Fee Management

Paystand offers two options, Convenience Fees and our Credit Incentivization Feature.

Convenience Fees actually passes the fee along to the payer to motivate them to move over to more cost-effective options. Majority of our customers do this and pass over a 3% fee to create an additional source of revenue to cover the cost of the monthly subscription fee.

The Credit Incentivization Feature allows you to instead offer a 1% credit on the current or next invoice if they choose to pay with Bank-to-Bank instead of CC, which would end up saving you the 1.39% you would have ended up paying had they paid through CC (originally 2.39%.)

Automatic Reconciliation Yes, all reconciliation for payments made through Paystand is done automatically.

Real-Time Reconciliation enabled, the payment gateway can submit notifications to Zuora for various event types on gateway objects, and the corresponding records can be automatically updated in real-time.

Zuora Gateway Reconciliation feature supports retrieval and recording of gateway's payment processing, settlement, and post-settlement events, to aid in the gateway reconciliation efforts. Gateway Reconciliation only applies to the gateway state of the payment or refund transaction.

Zuora's Payment Operations is our way to manage your invoice to cash process, or Accounts Receivables. Every system has different transactions and business operations for the Invoice to Cash Business Process. The Invoice to Cash business process starts with the invoice and includes all actions that the user or system performs to apply payments, give credits and ultimately to collect cash from your customer.

Customer Statements Enable your customers to view and pay multiple invoices/account balance with a few clicks, payment records automatically written to corresponding invoices. An invoice is generated from a bill run. Invoices are the bills that you are sending to your customers. Zuora billing and rating engine generates chargeable events for timely and accurate invoices. The invoices are generated automatically and driven by the configuration of products, rate plans, and billing schedules. When it is time to invoice, you can process them thousands at a time, do it on-demand, or one at a time as your customers need it.
Automated Payments Create advanced & automated recurring billing schedules for any required configuration (monthly, quarterly, net terms, installments, usage based, etc) directly within NetSuite environment.

Auto Pay: In the Customer Accounts module, you can enable customers for Auto-Pay which means that the customer has authorized you (as the merchant) to automatically charge their electronic payment method on file when payment is due.

PCI Compliance Funds-on-file are automatically tokenized in a PCI Compliant manner, relieving your team of PCI Compliance restrictions.
