    1. Paystand will provide directions for using its Autopay Tokenizing Button for distribution via SalesForce

      • This assumes Partners’ SalesForce configuration allows for Web URLs to be included and active in emails sent from its SalesForce account, as well as related email styling.

    2. This will allow the partner to capture and validate payment details at the time of the “Quotes & Estimates” phase of their sales lifecycle, powered by SalesForce.  These payment details will be stored in Paystand and a reference key (“token”) will be saved on the Customer record in the partners NetSuite account, for future use in paying Invoices.

    3. Paystand will deliver a workflow that automatically marks an Invoice, upon that Invoice’s fulfillment step in NetSuite, so that the Invoice is automatically paid (“Autopay”) immediately after fulfillment

This solution requires the Autopay Module (Backoffice Billing) plus a custom workflow to deliver its complete function.
