Pricing Subscription based on annual volume processed through the system.  Uncertain as custom pricing for NS integration but online reviews say upwards of $300 per month + fees
Integration Native SuiteApp - NetSuite is one-source-of-truth, no syncing back and forth as everything lives natively inside of NS. 

Not native and requires Bill.com to be the source-of-truth. Has limitations in what information syncs back and forth. The following objects/actions do not sync:

  • Edits to bills will not sync from Oracle NetSuite to Bill.com; changes should be made in Bill.com and synced to Oracle NetSuite
  • Bank Balance
  • Merges of any list object records (Chart of Accounts, Vendors, etc.)
  • Ex: if merging list objects in Oracle NetSuite, the same two will also need to be merged in Bill.com
  • It is highly suggested to contact Customer Support to assist with merges, to be sure the list objects stay linked between Bill.com and Oracle NetSuite correctly
  • Vendors and Customers shared across subsidiaries need to be updated in Oracle Netsuite
  • Once a Receivables invoice has synced with Oracle NetSuite it can't be edited in Bill.com
Credit Card Rate 2.39% + $0.30 per transaction (plus ability to pass over to payer if desired) Level 3 processing rates (unknown what actual fee will be, will always increase over time). Also is not a CC processor or gateway, so both Vantage and whichever CC Gateway provider they partner with will also add on their own %'s to the level 3 processing base rate. 
ACH Rate $0.35 per transaction (plus ability to pass over to payer if desired) $0.49 per transaction

Fee Management

Paystand offers two options, Convenience Fees and our Credit Incentivization Feature.

Convenience Fees actually passes the fee along to the payer to motivate them to move over to more cost-effective options. Majority of our customers do this and pass over a 3% fee to create an additional source of revenue to cover the cost of the monthly subscription fee.

The Credit Incentivization Feature allows you to instead offer a 1% credit on the current or next invoice if they choose to pay with Bank-to-Bank instead of CC, which would end up saving you the 1.39% you would have ended up paying had they paid through CC (originally 2.39%.) 

Offers ACH as an alternative ($0.49 per transaction) but does not offer any tools to motivate transition. Would still be incurring all CC fees at their level 3 processing rate. 
Automatic Reconciliation Yes, all reconciliation for payments made through Paystand is done automatically. LimitationsCustom forms, custom segments, custom workflows, classifications at the header level, non-US transactions, credit memos, discount items, shipping items on Invoices, Sales Orders, Sales Tax
PCI Compliance Funds-on-file are automatically tokenized in a PCI Compliant manner, relieving your team of PCI Compliance restrictions.  Is not PCI Compliant - Source. Will require your team or a third-party processor (which is also necessary to sign on for when using Bill.com) to be PCI Compliant.  
3rd-Party Required None Vantage for processing, looks like you may also require a separate CC gateway too as Bill.com only mentions being an ACH Gateway. In total 2 other systems will be required at a minimum. Vantage will also add a % onto Bill.com's CC rates.
