NETSUITE’S CUSTOMER CENTER

Paystand provides an extension to NetSuite’s Customer Center, and is compatible with both Invoices and Sales Orders surfaced therein.

Paystand’s extension operates by allowing a payment experience to be launched from the Sales Order or Invoice the user has currently selected in the Customer Center.

This Sales Order or Invoice could be created moments earlier, either within the Customer Center or separately elsewhere in NetSuite.

Paystand’s extension can be branded and will capture payments from any payment instrument supported by Paystand.

Paystand’s extension into Customer Center does not support tokenizing payment instruments for AutoPay, though payment instruments used by a Customer in the Customer Center will be available for further access via the Virtual Terminal.

Paystand’s extension uses universal settings only and does not yet support payment experience settings specific to a Customer, Invoice, or Sales Order.
