Customer statements allow you to remind your customers about outstanding invoices. Send a statement to your customers if they have more than one invoice outstanding.
Paystand can take payments on Customer Statements sent from NetSuite or Sage Intacct. Each payment will be automatically reconciled to its respective invoice.
By default, it will always show the oldest Invoices at the top. Payers can choose which Invoices to close out and then continue with making the payment.
Limit on Number of Invoices Included:
Depending on the method of sending the statement, there may be a limit or not.
Method 1: NetSuite's Native Email Feature: No limits here, but it only sends one email (with the Pay Now button) with one PDF attached, and that PDF has the list of all the Invoices and the amounts of each (no details of individual Invoices).
Method 2: Paystand Email: Here we have a limit. We can send about 35 invoices in one statement. The difference is that here we are sharing individual links for each Invoice where the payer can see the details of each Invoice.
