Use this process to request a call to an L2 agent.
Please make sure to have all the necessary information and context for the L2 to understand the reason for the request.
Step by step
1. Open the Zendesk ticket and you will Apply a Macro
2. Select Request L2 call
3. Enter the reason why L2 is required in this call, please add every detail so the L2 agent can understand the context and reason for the request.
Also, enter the proposed time you agreed with the merchant.
4. Save the ticket
5. The L2 Agents will review the request.
Once it has been approved you will see the comments in the Zendesk Ticket
