If given permission by the client (your prospect) and agreed upon by the current processor, Paystand can work with existing payment processors in order to transfer existing payment information into Paystand's system. This requires additional logistics, coordination with existing providers and our secure environment, and of course, their team's cooperation.
Delivering a spreadsheet of newly created AutoPay tokens from the validated card data provided typically takes 1-2 weeks from the time Paystand receives the securely encrypted data from your current processor.
This must be scoped out by the Solutions Team during the technical alignment call and included in their SOW, as there is an additional one-time fee for this service.
Language that we've seen work successfully with other payment processors to start that process:
"Company Co. would like to transfer cardholder data from OTHER-PROCESSOR to Paystand, and in a secure and compliant manner. Can OTHER-PROCESSOR and Paystand coordinate this process and timeline, and if there are any requirements, please let us know?"
