INTERNATIONAL PAYMENTS

Paystand can facilitate credit card & wire payments from anywhere in the world. Credit card rates vary by currency and whether they settle in USD or local currency. (See below)

Does our technology work in any country or with any currency?

This is a complex question with not an easy answer, as any bank will tell you there is no such thing as a "one provider serves all countries & currencies." The best thing to do here is to ask which countries they wish to operate from and settle funds to ("Settlement"), and if their business entities ever present their customer with the option to pay in a currency not local to the business entity ("Presentment").

1: Are you invoicing these payments in USD or local currency?

Notes for you: Local currency requires the Multi-Currency Module in their bundle.

2: Are you settling these funds into a US bank account or an international bank account?

Notes for you: International bank accounts require the International Settlement Module in their bundle.

3: What would you estimate is the breakdown of domestic vs. international payments?

Notes for you: If the % is small, are those a high priority for them? Or working well already?
