Terms & Conditions

  1. Contest Name: "Win a Trip to Community Summit 2024" (the "Contest")
  2. Organizer: The Contest is organized by Paystand (the "Organizer").
  3. Eligibility: The Contest is open to customers (live or implementing) of Dynamics, and the participating party must schedule and attend a discovery call of at least 15 minutes with a Paystand representative. This Contest is not open to Paystand's existing customers or competitors. The company/participant must be US-based. Participants must be 18 years or older to enter. Only one entry is allowed per person and company. You must be an executive or senior finance team member or equivalent role on the finance/accounting team with at least 50 employees. No purchase is required to win. You must be willing to explore an AR solution for your company. The participant and company need to qualify within Paystand's customer profile. Qualifications are subject to verification by the Organizer. 
  4. Contest Period: The Contest starts on August 20, 2024, and ends on September 20, 2024.
  5. How to Enter: Participants must book a discovery meeting with a Paystand representative. The meeting must occur before the campaign ends, and last at least 15 minutes. Paystand reserves the right to accept or reject meetings. Paystand reserves the right to change terms and conditions at any time.
  6. Prize: The prize consists of one Community Summit NA San Antonio Full Conference access (valued at $2,195) and up to $3000 in Paystand Spend virtual card provided by Paystand. The individual is responsible for booking and logistics of flights and accommodation. The individual is responsible for providing correct contact information to ensure the delivery of the gift card. 
  7. Winner Selection: The winner will be announced on September 25th, 2024, and notified via their registered email. Paystand will also announce it via social media platforms.
  8. Claiming the Prize: The winner must respond to the notification email or phone call to claim their prize. The winner will receive the Paystand Spend virtual card 3-5 business days after responding to the email notification. Paystand will register the winner for Community Summit NA 2024, and the winner must meet a Paystand representative at the event's registration booth to obtain the physical Community Summit NA Pass. If the winner fails to claim the prize within 5 business days, Paystand reserves the right to select another winner.
  9. Offer not valid to previous incentive participants and void where prohibited by law.
  10. Additional Terms: By participating in the Contest, the winner agrees to use their image for promotional materials publicly. This includes but is not limited to, digital marketing activities such as website content, social media posts, and email campaigns. The winner also agrees to visit Paystand's booth at Community Summit NA 2024 to have their photo taken.
  11. Disputes: Any disputes arising out of this Contest will be resolved according to the laws of California.
  12. Community Summit is a trademark of Dynamic Communities and is not a sponsor of this promotion.
